Michael offered my wife and I test rides after contacting him about the XP 3.0 sales. As the local representative for Lectric we were very comfortable ordering our bikes through Michael. He ordered, received our bikes where he checked them out, and super-tuned them before we picked them up. He answered all my questions and was available for some follow up tuning after a couple rides. Very knowledgeable about these bikes. He is connected to other bike experts in the area if we need follow up repairs on this brand. Very Satisfied. Will be recommending him to our interested friends.
